Why don't you put a date on your beans of when they were roasted? I love the rain forest beans and purchase them often. But now and then I get a bag that just isn't up to standards. It's so dissapointing.
urth cafe has very good pastries and coffee. if you want fresh coffee beans go to philz coffee. they package the beans in front of you. i got three bags from the san jose location
